We each bring over 20 years of agency experience leading major client business in London, Sydney and New York for brands such as Nike, LEGO, IKEA, CitiBank, Kimberley-Clark, Jaguar Land Rover, Virgin and more. This means we understand complex marketplaces, competitive pressure and matrixed organizations,


After training as professional coaches with globally recognised coaching qualifications, we have reunited to create Lead With Us. Our focus is to help teams achieve higher performance by improving trust, connection and alignment.


The combination of our extensive client and team leadership experience, coupled with our coaching expertise means we are uniquely positioned to immediately engage with the teams and leaders we work with, enabling us to create value faster.

Using these diagnostics and real-time problem-solving, we provide workshop facilitation and coaching to support the goals of the team, with a focus on building team cohesion and trust.
